Managing Authority Publishes the List of Second Call Awarded Projects

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, acting as Managing Authority of the Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine ENI CBC Programme 2014-2020, approved the list of projects to be awarded in the 2nd Call for Proposals. The list includes 34 projects selected and recommended for award by the Joint Monitoring Committee during its 3rd meeting in Baia Mare, Romania on 12 July, 2018.

The 34 projects recommended for award received a total EU allocation of almost €25 million in all 6 priorities of the Programme. The distribution of projects and EU allocation per priority is as follows:

The selected projects include 16 bilateral, 11 trilateral and 7 quadrilateral projects.

The distribution of EU allocation per country of the applicants is as follows:

The successful applicants are coming from all 10 core and adjoining regions of the Programme eligible area, as well as from the national and regional capitals of Budapest, Kyiv and Cluj-Napoca.

The applicants from all four countries will receive in total 122 grants in the 2nd Call for Proposals:

Most of the grants are awarded to municipalities and local councils, regional authorities and other public bodies, followed by NGOs and associations, universities, hospitals and museums:

Following the publication of the lists of successful projects in the 2nd Call for Proposals, the Lead Applicant of each project will receive a letter of award with the list of conditions and requirements which shall be fulfilled before the signature of the grant contract. The unsuccessful Lead Applicants will be also informed in writing of the Joint Monitoring Committee’s decision concerning their application and the reasons for the negative decision.
