The aim of the project is to improve the quality of providing health care services using innovation technologies for patients with nervous system pathologies, including neuro-oncological diseases, vascular diseases of the central nervous system, disorders of the cerebral circulation, traumatic lesions of the nervous system, as well as pediatric neurosurgery. The project is being prepared in the partnership with Hungary within the scope of Thematic Objective 8 Priority 2 'Support to the development of health', in the frame of 3rd Call for proposals of Hungary- Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine ENI CBC Programme 2014-2020. The following activities are planned within the project: neurosurgeons’ training with the use of innovative neuronavigation systems purchased under the project, conducting trainings for young students and faculty members, regional health care specialists; cross-border exchange of experience; creating new standards and conditions for aid; improvement of the material and technical base of the department of neurosurgery of University of Debrecen and Regional Clinical Center of Neurosurgery and Neurology in Uzhhorod.
